How can I contact you?

Do you offer customized jewelry?

We offer customized jewelry made specifically according to your preferences. However, we reserve the right to refuse preparing customized product in some cases, such as a request for an offensive or inappropriate engraving.

What are the available payment methods?

You may pay by credit card or via PayPal or wire transaction.

How would I receive my order?

You can receive your order via courier to your address or by collecting it at our stores (available in Israel only). It is clarified that orders will be shipped in express mail on business days only.

I would like to purchase products as a gift for someone. Are you offering gift pack?

It is indeed possible to enter details of a different person as the shipping address in the comment section, the products can be packed as a gift as well.

Are there any other charges and fees apart from the price of the products?

Ordering via courier is subject to shipping fees, in case of an order outside the state of Israel some taxes may apply according to the country of the shipment.

Can I purchase vouchers?

You may purchase vouchers in an amount decided by you. You may receive the voucher to your physical address or as an e-voucher to your email address.

Can I cancel my order?

In case of non-customized products, you may contact us and cancel your order within 14 days from the day of receiving your order, and we will issue you a refund. If you have already received your order, the refund will be issued when we’ll receive the returned products and check that they were not defected by you. You may return the products by mail or by arriving at our stores. It is clarified that you must arrange the return of the products at your expense.To return an item, contact Customer Service, via telephone +972-3517-7333 or email: sales@padani.co.il.

Can I cancel an order of a customized product?

Cancellation of an order of customized products is non-refundable by law.

What are the warranty terms of the products on the website?

We provide a one-year warranty for products manufactured by us provided that you’ve made reasonable use of the products you purchased. Regarding jewelry and watches which are not manufactured by us, the warranty terms of their manufacturers will apply.

What does the membership plan include, how can I join and is joining subject to a fee?

We operate a membership plan which enables you to receive benefits and special sale offers. You may join the membership by filling in a form available on the website. Joining is currently free of charge.
